When I arrived, there was only 1 towel and dead batteries in the remote control for the TV and the air-con. I spoke to the staff and these issues were resolved immedately. Great job!

Pleasant

Location, staff and close to waterfront and night market.
6.3
Was ok,at first reception put me in mouldy room and after request another room they Chang room straight away. After four night I went away for a few day then cam back for a few more day ,then same receptionists put me same mouldy room, and told me that the only room they got .So I demand that the mould need to be removed ,came back at 6 pm found my room door was wide open with my belonging in the cupboard lucky nothing was stolen. They clean the moulds but stain still there so I refused to stay in that room, so manager upgrade to a larger room for me. If you not happy about the room demand a room change and they will do so.Staff are professional and friendly. On your way to the river from hotels you will walk pass afew bar its unpleasant but just keep walking. Tuk tuk driver outside hotels and everywhere you walk are annoying but just politely say no thanks.I spent one week in Phnom Penh and I find it hard to come to term with inequally of the rich and the poor but that life, that why tuk tuk driver always ask if you need tuk tuk as they don't make much. 1 to 2 km is around $2.50 U.S. And airport transfer by taxi is $10 ,U.S. Money is mainly use in Cambodia and Cambodian reil.

Exactly What It Says On The Tin!

Comfy beds, really friendly and help staff and great location!
9.3
My stay here was brilliant! The room, that didn't have a window which I expected, was exceptionally comfortable! Good sized beds as a good sized bathroom! The staff here were all very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay! The location of the hotel is good, be block away from the riverfront and a short walk from all of the tourist attractions and the bars, of which Phnom Penh has a lot to offer! A great stay and would stay here again!

I was enjoyed my stay at city centre hotel, even I was facing an unfortunate event during my stay in phnom penh, but the staff was really helpfull especially miss kunthea lay, and miss kimlinh hak, they are awesome! Hotel cleanliness is so so, but it is quiet and comfortable, The hotel is located in the heart of riverside tourist area, surrounded by many local delicacies, within walking distance to the famous old market, and wat phnom. I will definitely come and stay again in city centre, recommended! Ps. You can find a tuktuk driver park in front of the hotel, I would highly recommend Phen, he is very nice and smart

A mediocre hotel

Location. Bathroom. TV Channels.
5.3
At best, this is a mediocre hotel. The only plus point is it's location, and possibly the bathroom. The staff are lousy. For example, when we checked into our room there were no hangers and mineral water. So, we had to personally ask for them at the counter because the phone in our room wasn't working. And we only received the items at night! Ugh!! The guy manning the counter at night was especially rude.
