Not clean
Stayed here 4 nights the only thing good about this hotel is the location,i charged rooms 3 times because the first two was not clean and to be honest the third was not much better. This is more like a 2 star, rooms are in needs of a repaint new carpets and curtains and for sure new net curtains they was really dirty, then this would be a 3 star.I would not stay here again for sure.

Nice place
Convenient but unable to get a room with a view. But overall still a nice experience with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Had to get help multiple times for the WIFI.

Good for budget travellers
The hotel is city centered and very near to Duna, in which I can walk to the river side to enjoy the night view. Price is cheap with a very large room and refrigerator is provided. The room is clean also. However, no kettles can be provided and the staff is not helpful. The hotel needed wifi password requested from the counter. I requested one and she gave me an inaccurate one. I kept saying that I can use wifi with that password and she refused to give me another one, mentioning that it took time for the password to work. It turned out that I can't use wifi for three days during my stay.

no signboard showing the hotel name
good location, clean room
The receptionist insist that I return the hair dryer after using it and cannot wait until check out. The hotel dont even have a boiler and can't request for hot water. Lots of staircase and steps to reach the room. No signboard outside the hotel gate with the hotel name.

Facade of hotel is deceptive, but it's central
Location, location, location
When I arrived there was a blackout. No electricity in the reception area. No room card could be issued and no WIFI. In the section of the building I was staying, at least there was electricity. However, no hot water for 2 days. Air conditioner did not work at all, it just blew hot air, which was an issue due to the hot weather in Budapest this summer. Staff member was however, sympathetic, helpful and pleasant. Good part of this hotel is that it is central located close to the market, CBD, metro, spas etc.
