Great location, good value

Location, Value, Shower
Room type "Double Premium" PROS: Location, Shower (huge with great water pressure), Cheap Bar Fridge ($2 Coke, $4 VB - shame I drink neither), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), lots of linen & towels in room, free disposable bath slippers, pleasant staff. CONS: 'Double Bed' was two king singles pushed together (not comfortable), Blind broken so light from window significant, some noise (bring ear plugs). OVERALL - I would stay again for a single night or two in Sydney if you weren't needing to be in the room much :)

Great CBD location

Location / bathroom / Free wifi
Apart from the stairs (pre-warned) - everything was up to or better than expectation - bathroom was spacious compared with many similarly priced hotels. Only complaint was that the handrail on the stairs is on the right going up - and being right-handed with a suitcase in that hand . . . obviously should be a handrail on both sides. Although I don't use hotel minibars the small selection was NOT over-inflated ! And yes - I would stay there again !

Good location good value

Pretty comfortable. Good price. Good location. And they looked after my bags when I went out into the city before my night flight.

Was expecting all those stairs. No lift.

Can't think of any
Not enough room to move around the bed took up much of the space.there was banging by men laying carpet at 7am which woke me up not very considerate of them what about all the guests staying there I'm sure they were awoken by the loud noise.

3 star passable service, cheap by Sydney standards

Location, cleanliness, room comfort
The receptionist's English was below average but we managed to communicate. The room was clean but had a few rough edges e.g. a hole where a power socket was formerly present. Decent facilities. No lift and at least two flights of stairs, so people with heavy baggage or disabilities should stay away.

Convenient Hotel in the heart of Sydney

Location, location, location
The hotel is not very prominent. It is location in a shop building. No lift. One need to lug the luggage up flights of stairs to reach the reception, and another 3 floors to reach the guestroom. No recommend for people without muscles! However, it is conveniently located in the heart of Sydney City, walking distance to Darling Harbour and the Opera House. It is located right next to Daiso dept store.

I love the hotel because of its location.

Location, convenience, access
It was a short and good one. The room is clean despite the building being not very new. Location is superb and it is plain convenience if one chooses to stay there. The only drawback is having no elevator and the planks could be a little too creaky. Also, the heavy slamming of the neighbours' room doors could sometimes give you a scare. I'd love to have the windows open to allow the cold winter breeze in. Overall, it's a good place to stay at in Sydney if one plans to have a great access to The Rocks and George St. The free shuttle and the Wynyard station are just a walk away so transportation is worry-free. Would stay there again.
