Most of the accommodation in Eilat is on North Beach, a high-energy stretch of sand that hosts shops, restaurants, and high-octane night clubs. Hatmarim Boulevard is an exciting place to be with a host of activities. A quieter alternative is Coral Beach. It joins Coral World Underwater Observatory and Marine Park, where an immersive aquarium puts visitors at the center of a rich marine environment.

Yachting in the lagoon and Coral Island are fun daytrip activities. The best swimming is at Dolphin Reef, a shaded beach where snorkeling inevitably includes interacting with dolphins.
