Wonderful for a business trip at the Convention

Staff, room, staff!
We weren't expecting too much but Katy, Jeremy and Brandy were just AWESOME!!! They made our business stay at this hotel downright memorable - we're just not used to that level of service in Las Vegas - it was more like "small town America" sort of service - these folks were just awesome and we'll make this our standard hotel for InfoComm conventions when they are in Vegas or for any other stay that puts us in this area. Great job, guys. We very much enjoyed it.

They tried to be accommodating

Parking convenience, reasonably priced, free wifi
It ended up ok but thank goodness we changed rooms. The first one on the 3rd floor was not clean, dirty carpets, and had a bad odor, but they upgraded us to a refurbished room on the 8th floor which was much better and didn't charge too much to upgrade, although it should have been included. The girl at the desk was very helpful with that. It's advertised as a casino restaurant which it was not, no casino. no restaurant, BUT they said they were in the process of remodeling and changing everything, so that remains to be seen. It does have potential so hopefully they will make a go of it. Oh and the lobby, really smells of stale cigarettes as well as the business center.. :(

Clean but needs updated

quiet, convenient, great price
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, but all décor is old, faded, outdated and really needs some paint and polish. We were in town for volleyball tournaments so spent very little time in the room, but you can tell it used to be a smoking hotel. It was worth the price, it was easy to get around, you felt very safe. . . .. it's just not luxury.

Good price hotel but not on the strip

cheap, big rooms, jakuzzi on the yard
The hotel is not on the strip but its not a long walk if you intend to walk around for sightseeing. There is a monorail just next to the hotel so going to other clubs is not difficult, cost 6 dollars a trip. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi on the backyard also, good view from the top floor of encore and the wynn if you like taking photos! The staff was alright, price was very resonable compared to the other hotels on a weekend, rooms are big and bed is nice. I could consider to stay here again if the sole reason isnt partying in vegas because its not on a walk distance if you go to example MGM Hakkasan, kinda on the other side of town and monorail only runs until 3am or so. Nice place all in all
