Can't see why a title is needed!

Friendly,helpful staff.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay but felt that breakfast should have been included; a mini bar in the room [the norm in a 4 star hotel] and an additional easy chair.

Nice hotel

Nice bed, Easy to find, Close to tube
When checking in, the staff keep persauding us to upgrade, I told them we are ok with the room we paid for, she just keep asking us "are you sure" which made me frustrate. This was the first bad impression I had in this hotel. Afterall were fine as I didn't spent much time in the hotel. - Room size is very good, enough to put 2-3 medium to large luggage on floor. - Room's lighting are great, it's bright enough at night. - Quantity of plugs are good, 2 inside the warodrobe next to the bed, 1 next to bed table and 1 at the corner of the room are available. - 2 rolls toilet paper provided - Shower gel and shampoo smell great - Lighting of the lift is quite dim. - Position of TV is at the side of the room. - Shower gel and shampoo are locked on the wall. - No toothbrush & tooth paste provided (which totally ok as many hotels do not provided as well) - No room slippers provided which maybe disappointed to some traveller.

another enjoyable stay at the Moran

relaxed atmosphere in the breakfast room, with very good service; for us the location was perfect, with easy access from central london by tube; comfortable room with a great shower.
this must be our 4th or 5th visit to the Moran and it did not disappoint. we choose this location as we enjoy the walk to Richmond along the Thames tow path. also we have friends in Chiswick thus it is very convenient for seeing them and enjoying the great ambience of Chiswick.

location,price quality
The hotel is very pleasant and comfortable much better than most similar priced chain hotels. The water in the room could be complimentary instead of costing £3.50 for a bottle.

location, cleanliness
All ok except being asked for a high cost a day for internet use in the room!.....little suprised that the desk chair was so tatty and worn considering the high standard of the rest of the room.

suited our purpose to stay out of city.

quiet, handy to public transport, nice large rooms
always a nice stay, but I think with the price of rooms, internet should be free to your room

Disappointing stay

Nothing springs to mind other than leaving it
We have stayed at this hotel previously and have had no problems, however this time the room we were given was incredibly small and definitely couldn't be described as deluxe, you could barely get around the bed. If you were unsteady on your feet or anything bigger than average size it would have been impossible, we asked for an upgrade but was told there was nothing. The car parking is attached to the hotel and they charge per night which when you have paid over is a rip off and should be scrapped for hotel guests. Its yet another way to rip off visitors. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we both had bad backs the following morning. The night was so awful we checked out and went home a day early as neither of us could face another night there. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
