Ideal for an overnight stay
1. Value for Money. 2. The room was spacious. 3. Easy access from the airport (By taking the ferry boat bound to Pier 3 Tinago area)
Me and my friend arrived in Cebu City late at night (Me at 7pm and her at 11pm) so we needed a place to stay for the night before we go down south of Cebu. The location is accessible by taking the ferry boat bound to Pier 3 and then its walking distance from the pier. We booked for a dorm-type room but we were instead placed in a double bed room so we were upgraded. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy but we did not like the comfort room that's for sharing (though we were ok with sharing its just that it was not maintained well). There were no showers and the cubicles do not have doors, just shower curtains. As a result, we did not take a shower in the dorm before leaving in the morning as their provided big pail was dirty. If you are going to stay in this dormitory, make sure you have snacks, water, or take-out before settling in for the night. They have a curfew and they lock the doors at 11:30pm. We were starving all night but we did not mind as we just planned to leave early in the morning. The place has a lot of locals around (all houses around and no convenience stores or malls nearby), I guess its not so safe around the place because they have to impose a curfew and lock the doors. Upon reviewing the map, I learned that its near the tourist spots like the Magellan's cross, Sto. Niño basilica, Metropolitan Cathedral, Sugbo Museum, Fort San Perdo, and Tabo-an Market so I guess, that's still a good takeaway from this place.

CLM made us discomforted
Location, value for money and air condition
We were a bit disappointed with our stay because we didn't expect that the room we booked has no comfort room inside... There was even a time that the water in the entire dormitory was disrupted. We were brought to a sister hotel which was way more comfortable than CLM to take a bath...the water disruption happened twice during our stay... Aside from that, there was no television inside the room and the wifi connection did not work... It was far the worst stay we encountered in the history of our travel...

Cleanliness is not this hotel's strenght.
the air-cond, bed and pay-per-use-internet service.
An unhygienic experience.

Room to sleep only
Central location, nothing else
Room was small n crowded for 4 persons. Shared bathroom / CR old and also not kept clean. Lucky we mainly needed sleeping quarters for a couple of nights only.

It's this cheap for a reason!
Clean room, close to port, 30 mins from airport
Room was clean, bucket shower with guests/staff, no restaurants and an unattractive area. This is why it's cheap.

Good value for money
Location was near city centre and ferry, cheap, clean room
Our stay was simple but just want we needed for a night. The building is full of young locals ready to help you with locations and advice, very friendly and attentive staff once yo found them.

Interesting place - a dormitory!
Interesting place - a dormitory full of young people. The cook starts preparing breakfast in the ground floor around 5 am, and the price for a good traditional Philippine breakfast is around The room is clean but very simple, and aircon is not too noisy Location is just fine very close to pier 3, so super easy access to and from feries to other parts of the country, is you are travelling by ship, as we prefere to do
