Perfect Getaway
Nice Resort, big rooms with nice view of the Taal Lake and volcanoe. the timing of my stay was not good because of many events happening, thus many guests were in the resort

Front desk girl Superbad
I have read good reviews about this place, so We went, but truly, what makes a business is excellent staff! Recently went to club punta fuego and it was superb so I thought since this is also a club, service would be great but not. Please publish in your website that you are for adults only, adults who are adventurous, but I'm not... And advertise that a standard room is not recommended at all!!! upon check in, you will be given a map so you can find your room. I asked if we can be placed near the amenities since it's a weekday(Monday) and there's not much guests, but the girl said NO, since I booked for standard ONLY, go somewhere far, far away. She said that that's the only place with guest too, but there's none actually, we were alone. She can't put us somewhere near since no one is checked in there, so what's the truth? Considering that she saw that I have a baby and 2 kids, I asked again where, and she said just follow the map, ok, so we got lost, I'm not good with map 😞Since no one's around and we decided to walk since there might be no parking... Kids cried, there's no Cartoon Network and Disney channel but those were included on the channel guide, called front desk, said someone will check, no one. Called again after 6 hours, someone came but he did not know why the channels are not there. Bring slippers, this is the only hotel in the whole wide world that charges 100 a pair. Buffet breakfast, some choices but the food were either too salty or taste nothing at all, who cooked? Good ones- 3 pools, big, clean and heated! Apple mango, go and buy! Magnificent view of taal volcano! Well, that's reason for being there, the lake and the volcano!

Ok for day tour but hotel room is not value for money
Location is good because of the abundance of trees along the road. The resort is vast and easy to find. But we didn't expect that the hallway of the apartment/building (Agoncillo) where our assigned unit is located fell short of proper maintenance and sanitation. The "old-moist-wood" smell of the room made me sneeze all throughout our stay. The linens were moist too. Flies everywhere especially in Isabel's panaderia and pizzeria and Terraza Cafe. In terraza cafe, we asked atleast 2 waiters to remove from our table the glass with a swimming fly in it, but none did so up until we finished our breakfast. Prices of food are reasonable. Conversely, a small bottled water costs P70.00! The rental rate for an old pedicab is P300.00. The place may be ok for a day tour but the room is not value for money. P6500/night for a couple with a child is sufficient for a much better accommodation elsewhere.

False Expectations
The place is so promising! Nice facilities and all those stuff, but they are not properly maintained. The worst part of the trip was that when we arrived in our room, the toilet cover was down, and when we opened it, there was urine on the sides of the bowl, and I almost sat on it! Good thing I checked again! We called the reception but no one came to clean it up, we ended up cleaning it ourselves! The best part of the stay was the delicious food in the restaurant. Will we come back? Maybe to eat in the resto.

good starting point to explore Taal Volcano
Situated at the coastline going to Taal Volcano. Nice hotel for its price range with 3 big pools and other facilities with charges. There is no beach to swim at. the food is ok as long as it is at the cheaper side.

Nice view but too expensive, too dirty and boring
Unfortunately are the rooms too dirty. The first room we could not obtain, since the waste had not cleared yet and the room was not cleaned. The second room was a little bit better, but also not clean. The view was nice, but we can`t sit on the balcony, because the water from the aircon above was dripping heavily, everything was wet. The WiFi did not work well. Breakfast was so bad, no choice of spreads, no tea, no juice, the meat did not look fresh and no vegetables. The staff was lazy and not accomodating. The hotel looks run down, maybe no good management. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Overnight stay
Check in was a breeze. We had a room beside the pool, near the pizza place. I clearly noticed that the corners of the room were not cleaned. I think they just swept the floor but did not scrub. The outside balcony as well, tissues and dry leaves all over. When we checked in the other room with a veranda checked out, so they had their pizza boxes, left over food and garbage outside of the door where we passby. They were a family so you can imagine the garbage. Until we checked out the following day these were still there! No wonder when you eat there are flies all over the food. Cleanliness is an issue
