Great location
This was a great location for late night concerts, nightclubs, gars, shopping and eating. I would stay here again. Free wifi. Thin walls is the only downside.

Walking distance of everything
Staff was very friendly. Parking not too expensive for a two night stay. The best part thought was that the hotel was walking distance from anywhere you wanted to go. If you go down Howe street, it's very close to catch a water taxi to take you to Granville Island and shopping on Robson street is only 5 blocks away. For restaurants, Yaletown is just down the street and Gastown was probably the longest walk, but even that is close enough. Very clean, good continental breakfast in the morning. Only potential complaint is that the music is very loud from the club in the basement of the building at night, but it did not bother us.

Comfiest bed ever
The bed was the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. Location was great, close to restaurants and shopping, apparently it can be a noisy area on the weekends, but we did not experience that.

Reasonable price, bit noisy
Good location at a reasonable price
This was a good hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, good size. Close to all that down town Vancouver has to offer. The only drawback, was the location near a number of pubs and clubs made it a bit noisy at night when the pubs closed. If you're looking for somewhere to stay that is close to the pub scene, then this hotel would suit you.

big room, clean
spacious comfortable
The hotel itself was very comfortable and spacious. There are a few steps at the entrance (no handicap access) but the staff were great and helped with the luggage! once in there is a lift so that's no problem. I loved everything about the place except the noise. Didn't realise that granville street is a major area for nightlife and i just happened to be there on a friday night.. The windows are not sound proof at all! So unless you're there to join the nightlife, I wouldn't recommend it on a weekend for peace and quiet. oh! and there is a 24h tim horton across the road

Central to downtown. A bit seedy area
location, cost
The area is a bit seedy, with a lot of homeless sleeping on nearby main street. The general feel of the streets around the hotel was not great, with peep shows and a generally unsafe feel at night. Did not see any trouble though, and hotel was quiet and tidy.

Great hotel for a decent price
friendly staff, cozy room, great location
Hotel is conveniently located in downtown, great for shopping and dining. Public transport was also easily accessible. Overall, it is a great hotel for a decent price, will definitely stay at comfort inn again when I visit Vancouver!
