Another pleasant stay

Friendliness, location and cleanliness
Sharon and her husband are always very welcoming and helpful. I have stayed here a few times and never disappointed with their customer service. Location is excellent and the breakfast is also good.

Good location

Location, reasonable value
More of a B and B than a hotel. Small rooms, no lifts, ok breakfast

We had a great stay.

We could walk to the center of Galway is about 15 minutes, great breakfast and helpful staff.
We had our whole family with us, so we had 3 rooms. Everybody was very happy with their accommodations. The staff were helpful with directions and ideas for where to go or what to see. The breakfast served every morning was excellent. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Galway.

Pleasant but very small room

The lady who manages the B&B is excellent at what she does and the location is very convenient
Manager is very pleasant and helpful and makes you feel welcome. The wifi was very good and the location is great. Quiet enough but only a short distance to Quay Street and all of the nightlife. Short walk to the bus station to return to Dublin is a huge advantage.

A home away from home

Personal approach from all staff, they all went the extra mile with service, room was homely and comfortable.
This was a family run B & B and it showed. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room felt like a room in a family home, a little dated but large, open and airy. A delicious breakfast was served up from the family kitchen and there was even a lounge room to relax in if you had the time. Staff were very helpful with car parking issues and finding our way around town. We'd be happy to stay there again.
