To many things Stuffed in a Room

This was a room that was suppose to be for three adults. If they were midgets(Little People). The bed was no bigger then a cot, and they were jammed in. There normal rooms may be OK, but not this one. And if you want to spend an additional , then you can get what you should have gotten to start with.
Shopping Tip: Close to Time Square, premium shopping area of HongKong

Great location, rooms adequate

Free shuttle bus is a bonus
Would stay again. Good service, rooms very comfortable.

Clean, friendly, rooms are small but functional

Location, so close to causeway bay station.
very nice hotel, but rooms are too small to relax in. hotel bar is very expensive, considering this is one of the cheapest hotels in hk. across the road from happy valley, which is brilliant fun on a wednesday. found some great little (and cheap) eateries near hotel. very clean hotel. definitely good value for money when comparing to other choices available.
Travel tip: If you are going to be in HK as part of a much longer trip like we were, then you should look at using a laundry service called Sunshine, they are on the Internet, there is one close to the hotel. Way cheaper than hotel laundry service. We got a whole weeks laundry for both of us, washed and dried for £3.40 in total!! Just a tip if you are travelling around a bit.

Great service & Reasonable location

Free shuttle bus operated by sister hotel 20 meters away connecting to many major locations
room - really small but clean and comfortable service - excellent, very helpfull staff and all spoke english facilities - free wi-fi at 5f terrace & ground floor, able to use sister hotel's facilities like free shuttle bus, business centre
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Taking the Peak tram to the Peak is a must Ladies market is the biggest one and have more variety but make sure you haggle for the lowest price Nice bus trip to Stanley market, nice seaside town for market shopping Most people in Hong Kong speak English and Chinese. If you travel with 2 or more people on the airport to city train and buy ticket from ticket counter for a discount.

Good service and clean rooms

Great location from malls and the underground
I was very surprised at the level of service from the staff. In addition the rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel from major malls and public transport makes movement within Hong Kong very easy.

Easy Check in, Great Staff

Easy Check in
staff is very accommodating and friendly. the room is not designed well, there are not enough outlets. the hairdryer is difficult to plug in, you have to unplug a light behind a desk and there is no makeup mirror or easy place to get ready.
Travel tip: Be aware, if you are looking to 'do your hair' or makeup there is no good place to do it. The lighting is bad, and there are few outlets.

OK for the money

Clean, Adequete
this place is ok at the price point. location is more happy valley than wanchai, as you are just a hundred meters or so from the horse race track. rooms are small but clean and adequate. did not try the food. wifi in public spaces is exceedingly slow and spotty.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Waling distance to the horse racing track

Great Hotel but Tiny!!!!

Good Location, bar at lobby...
nice clean hotel but no wifi in room - who doesn't need to check email nowadays??? small room even by hk standards, but cool shower!
Restaurant Tip: Go to Wagyu in Soho for a great burger!

Great location but small rooms

Free wifi, location, price
The room was very small, and had twin single beds. We had to organise our walking around the room so that we didn't bump into each other.
Restaurant Tip: Try the curry / pizza kiosk on the STAR ferry quay. Lovely food and cheap.
