two nights from hell

one friendly staff
We drove for thirteen hour to get to the motor inn and my wife were told that we had a free upgrade which we thought was good. little did we know what was about to come .we walked in the room it smelt of smoke met by the back of a large fridge with wires hanging out, no where to put our clothes, no where to hang them .we tried to open the sliding door to let some fresh air in and it was jammed shut .there was a wooden door between our room and the next one. the light on the side of the bed did not work. we went to bed that night and we could not get to sleep for the noise in the next room and the banging on the thin wooden door. The next night we came home to our room to the smell smoke coming in under the wooden door so we decided to leave, at 3'30am. we went to the reception to complain and were told the police were on the way to deal with this matter because these people had been warned about the noise. needless to say we had to find a place to sleep before driving back home. It was not a good way to celebrate our birthdays.

the older side of the building is very average

Our room was avarge, it's the older side of the building so it's abit tired as there's no prober extraction in the bathroom. The shower head was pretty bad as it couldn't be adjusted and it was a shooting water out towards the celing. I guess you pay for what you get.

Far from the city

value for money
1 hour travel to/from the city by public transport. Not recommended for those who wish to tour around and do city sight seeing. A bit of walk to/from nearest bus station. Hotel staff at the reception seem not so accommodating. Price is not bad.

very disappointed with cleanliness

staff where ok
I booked the motel days in advance and paid in advance as well. poor house keeping, cleaners dont look in detail and obviously management do not follow up. my room was very dusty as my lil son start to sneeze as soon as we came in the roo. Broken cattle lid, dirty shower curtains. Next day i was offered an exective room. Then i found very dirty drinking glasses. Black stuff on the base. missing globe on site table lamp. overall rate... very poor Before 10am my room was knocked by the room service for cleaning. ... at least wait for check out time. lift up the house keeping standards

Would love to go back

staff, cleanliness, location
We booked a standard 2 bedroom apartment but were upgraded to executive 2 bedroom apartment at the time of check-in. The executive apartments are recently renovated and were immaculately clean and well maintained. The apartment had good sized bedrooms, Air Con and TV in each room. Furthermore the location was great. We wanted a place in the outer suburbs from where we could travel to Blue Mountains / Liverpool or Paramatta and this place was perfectly located, just off Hume. Cant comment on the food as we ate outside. Inside the complex there is ample free parking but due to it being a long weekends we had to struggle a bit to find a good parking spot (close to the rooms as we had to carry stroller and lots of bags). Overall I would definitely be going back.
