One of the best in Rome!

Location, room decor, extremely professional staff
Absolutely superb. The staff are extremely professional, and I would not hesitate to stay again. It is a very secure hotel in one of the best locations in Rome.

Elegant decor. Luxury. Great service.

The service was friendly and welcoming. The self catering kitchen was well stocked with espresso coffee machine, fridge and snacks. The location was minutes away from the Spanish Steps which is ideal.
Macro was really welcoming and allowed us to sleep in the junior suite as we had arrived a little early and jet lagged. It was amazing with wonderful design touches and luxury. When we moved to our room we were not disappointed as it was beautifully decorated and with a a spacious bathroom. The sound proof doors maintained a feeling of quiet and calm even though there were other guests coming and going. The kitchenette was a delight and allowed us to step out and make ourselves a coffee at will or help ourselves to a cold juice. The steps were steep but were to be expected but had width and a sturdy hand rail. The location is the best for ease of access to shops, taxis, fashion houses and restaurants. We are so looking forward to returning for 2 more days after our side trips. Marco was a fount of knowledge and came up with many suggestions when we asked. Loved Crossing Condotti. Best suited to those discerning travellers who love luxury and are happy to pay for it.
