Great Service
The room is nothing special. Basic with ceiling lights that are way too bright and no smaller lights. However the service was really great. We only stayed in the hotel for about 8 hours. When we arrived late in the evening we asked for help to figure out how to get to Siguijor the next morning. When we woke up the staff had it all figured out for us. Also very fast and efficient check-in/out. The port area is dangerous to walk around, especially at night, but this hotel is a great option if you have to catch an early ferry. Recommended!

Next to new Robinson's, though not a good value
Shower wasn't working, repaired. Room smelled overwhelmingly smoky. Changed rooms. Wifi doesn't work in rooms.

Malls are so close
Walk to Robinson's or even can walk to the huge smile mall. The ferry terminal was close too. Room was OK as had 7 beds all single beds.no TV but don't really need.small shower though.hired a taxi from there to oslob and cost 3000 p one way. Got told later by a taxi driver should be 3500 return. That had nothing to do with hotel though. But worth staying again for a night to go shopping.

Great location
Rooms are clean and lafge with good beds. Location is great for travellers it's across the highway from main port so catching the ferries, it's halfway between both SM Malls and next to Robinsons Mall.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and arrived at the hotel tired and hungry. The cafeteria serves food only up to 2 pm although there are cup noodles, chips etc. to choose from.

T&B was terrible. Toilet doesn't have any water source. Bath sink was overflowing.
Cleaning of the room was rushed!? We waited for at least half on hour before we could go into our room. We have a reservation!

Customer service non-existent, terrible food, water in room was turned off at night, front desk would not extend room rate at same agoda rate. Go next door to a MUCH better hotel for same price!

MY EXPERIENCE!!
The girl at the desk was unfriendly at "check-in" - particularly when I asked for extra pillows!! She wanted to charge me an extra 30 pesos each per night for those pillows!!! I told her NOT even motel 6 in the USA would have the "nerve" to do that!! I told her I was NOT paying for that and I didn't!! Then the Internet would NOT work.... The front desk receptionist told me there was nothing she-could-do - as their technician was not available until the next day!! Then I had trouble getting the TV to work correctly!! That was 3 "strikes" in a row for me!! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone - for obvious reasons!! Bad staff attitudes and very bad advertised facilities - even for a 3rd world corrupt country!!! And I have travelled the world (50+ countries) visited!!
