I had been staying in this hotel regularly due to the location is within a mall and near to the places that I need to visit. The internet is good and as well as their services. If the price can be cheaper will be even better for me to stay longer.

Weekend Staycation

Our stay was ok. Only for one thing though which disappointed us.We had a not so nice experience upon learning when we exited the hotel parking - only to know that we were not informed right away that we had to get a free parking ticket from the concierge of the hotel. The front desk personnel as well could have informed us earlier or could have reminded this beforehand . It was too late for us to get back to the hotel just to get a free parking ticket as suggested by the parking cashier with all those cars behind us ready to exit as well.We paid Php390.00....for overnight parking as charged!!! I called up the hotel staff after and told me that they have signages at the entrance/lobby/elevator etc. But these were HARDLY NOTICEABLE especially if you're that busy and having fun when you arrive. I suggest next time put these signages in BIG readable letters in every room. Will I still come back? Yes....the hotel staff were friendly and so accommodating.....thanks

Good & Professionally Run Property

Upgraded to a suite, all facilities available & good location.
Upgrade to a 70M2 suite was a pleasant surprise. Rooms very spacious & well appointed. Restaurants have variety. Staff helpful & attentive. I will come back.

Best hotel ever.

Everything was awesome
This is definitely the best hotel in Manila. Might even be the best in south east asia. Its totally worth staying here for a staycation and you should definitely go out of your way to book this hotel.

Bad Impressive of Stardard Service for hospitality

1.Non standardize of room serive such as run down of room stuff, room staff forget their stuffs with client area, damaged of cloth for laundry service with less of intentive and careless of find out reason for guest 2.Low resonse to guest claim and incident occurred such as not provide hotel car to pick up guest at the airport since arrival date 3.No commitment to response to guest
