This hotel provides fairly good facilities to a budget traveler. No frill but enough comfort for my stay. Inconvenient shuttle bus time-table but it is still better than using the public transport to visit Disney World themes parks. If you travel light, at off-peal hour you can go to the Orlando international airport by bus 42 which has a stop (across the road) opposite the hotel entrance- northbound bus, towards Universal studio- and you pay for a single fare bus of $2.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is to benefit from its location and its low cost. You do get what you pay for. The staff is quite rude at this hotel. When I went to check in the woman behind the counter told me my Agoda reservation will cause a delay because it takes 2 hours to show up in their system. She was very rude and disrespectful about it. She check for the reservation and it showed up, so the scolding turned out to be completely unnecessary. Most of the staff we encountered was very rude. The breakfast was very basic and nothing special. However, the hotel is in a great area if you are looking to go to Wet N Wild or Universal Studios.

Room was generally clean. Daily change of beddings & towels. Towels feels like sandpaper. Common corridor carpet is so old and looked uncleaned compare to the room. Really need to change. In room wifi is not free! Breakfast starts at 6.30am but first shuttle at 7.05am. Pretty rush for breakfast with young children. Close to Wet & Wild.

The hotel and the room were in a rather worne out condition, cleanliness was lacking. My wife an I cannot understand why previous visitors scored it so high (this is the reason we selected it). We are on a Florida round trip. The following stay was in a La Quinta in Clearwater. A big difference.

Great Location on International Drive & was excellent Value for money. Pool is nice, Breakfast was only very basic we chose to spend $5 for a full buffet breakfast in the Steakhouse next door. The Hotel is a little tired and could use a refurb. Staff were friendly and the pool was good. Overall considering the price & we were only looking for a convenient place to sleep is was well worth it!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Discovery Cove Just off the same road was excellent value & a wonderful day included free food & drink & free tickets to Sea World & Aquatica!

we extended our stay here twice. our room was serviced everyday with sparkling white towels, plenty of soaps,shampoos,conditioners and body cream left in the bathroom. the bed was comfortable and sheets changed regularly. there was an onsite laundry with 2 washers and 4 driers, that could be used for a few dollars.there was pool towels available.there was coffee avaible all the time in the lobby. i managed to get wifi which was free in my room.
a couple of negatives was the tv reception was not great and there was a lot of noise from the bar most nights.however having the pool right outside our room with a bar and restuarant right there could be seen a great by some people. very helpful friendly staff.
Shopping Tip:
Great cheap shopping at I stop 4.
