Decent hotel for business travellers
Decent place to stay for business trips. I loved their mattress and pillows and the gym was the best I've seen in the recent travels. They were very flexible with the cancellations of some spontaneously cancelled rooms, which was very kind. Found some strands of hair in the shower and the English level of the hotel staff was not sufficient.

Average, definitely not 5 star
This is definitely not a 5 star property, average 4 star is a better standard. I was allocated a room on 2'nd floor, which look like haunted floor and awkwardly old and ill maintained. If they allocate you rooms on lower floors, plz do not accept, you will regret it. After complaint, a silly excuse given that i requested room with bathtub, which was a complete lie and unprofessional. Finally got a room on higher floor, which were better. But, the room on 2'nd floor and the response from front desk was good enough for me not to return back to this hotel again. Facility wise basic.

It does not make sense for us to wear shoe to take
Every night I order room service, but every time the room service no cannot get through. I have to call the lobby, and even get them to come up to my room to place order.
