very value for money, brand new and super clean. Very grand and nice breakfast cafe.
the place is a bit hard to find first time because you have to walk a very small path to the hotel. The place itself though is super nice and value for money. i recommend the hotel if you are looking for low price yet grand hotel.

Very good hotel with nice view on the seaport
A very big hotel on a good location very close to the monorail to Hanedea airport. Only a few shops in the neigbourhood, but better take the monorail to the centre. Comfortable room, a little bit small but a very good view on the seaport. The restaurant was very nice

From Haneda, it's the best
You can reach the hotel within 15 minutes from Haneda. Also easy to access Sibuya, Shinjuku, or Ueno using Linkai San. Very clean and the bed is extremely large even for the couple.

Glad we booked this place
This is our first travel to Japan without joining a tour. We pleasantly found this place super easy to get to. There are also a collection of restaurants in the same plaza for late arriving guests. If I have had noticed the choice of non-smoking rooms at time of booking, it will make the stay perfect.

Out of the way hotel
Lovely view of the water. Nice & clean room. Good shower pressure but the hotel is really out of the way. Basically have to change from monorail to JR or monorail to metro. If u don't mind the extra traveling time, it's ok. Tokyo transport is efficient but pretty complexed for foreigners!

Very nice hotel room
The room was spacious, staff were nice. Walkable distance to the monorail. Would advise travelers to get the one day unlimited ride monorail card if you keep getting out of the hotel to visit other parts of Tokyo

Very Convenient

Beautiful building
Grand lobby and nice restaurant. But awkward elevator to go to lobby, not so convenient wth strollers and wheelchair. No free mineral water in the room, the room a bit smelly from human odour.
Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly, very informative. The building and location are perfect, attach to monorail and rail station. A lot of places to eat and convenient store. Beautiful area, pretty lobby and grand restaurant. The guests there very nice and friendly. But the room a bit small for 3 adults, smelly too. The toilet not functioning properly sometime. The small pillows so smelly. No free mineral water in the room and no coffee or tea provided. Only plain green tea. Urghh.
