Nice and quiet Resort

Staff are nice / Location is great / Family frienly
We've been upgraded to the VIP room for our family of 4 so that's very nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful too, gave us lots of advice and directions to places around the area. Only thing is the F&B, it would could be a lot better, it's nice enough but for a location that full of nice natural ingredient around, why not make use of it!

The floor is all times wet. It looks no so clean.

Provide Spa, quiet
For the price, it is great; however, what you pay and what you get which will be balance. You should not expect what outstanding service you could have. Just for one night, it is fine.

Nothing up to expectations

The room is spacious, but some distance away - uphill, of the main station. It is actually quite isolated, the spa was not as enjoyable, and the room was comfortable enough, not too clean though, the food was below par for a 4 star hotel they claim to be!

Nothing but Onsen! onsen! onsen!!!

Onsen x 3!!!
The room for 4 pax is big but the décor look like in the 80s. No view!!! It will be better for the normal room that overlook the beautiful scenery. It mainly for onsen only, try not to bring big luggage's cause corridor is very small and not accessible.

Nice spa and view

The hot spring spa in the room, views of Wulai mountains, and the atmosphere of the hotel were very nice.
We had a pleasant stay, although the bed was quite hard for us. Also, it rained very heavily that night, and since we were on the top floor we didn't sleep much as the metal roof was extremely loud. The in room hot spring tub was pleasant, as was the view from the spa overlooking the mountains. I would recommend staying here, but avoid the top floor if the weather is bad!
