Good location, clean and overall satisfied
Room was a little small but very well arranged and kept clean. Hotel provides shuttle service to Orchard and closest MRT so very convenient. Right next to the hotel is Zhongshan park, very lovely.
I was happy with my stay at this hotel. It was convenient that right next to hotel is Toast Box and Crystal Jade and a supermarket. Moreover, I was very impressed with how small the room was yet it was still so well organised and decorated, and clean. I booked the room without breakfast, so I did not have any experience with the dining of the hotel. Yet just around the hotel there was food from cheap to expensive to dine, so it was no problem. It was a great experience staying here. Thank you!

Two things I found frustrated - Shuttle bus: The hotel provide shuttle bus, but when the bus came there is no notice whatsoever. We came downstairs 3 or 4 mins late, and the bus already left. When I asked one staff, she said "the bus come at 2:15, it is 2:20 now it already left" and also made an attitude without offering any help. I don't find this helpful. In addition, we were not told to show up early or the bus should left at the right min/time. - Staffs are not helpful, showing attitude, and could not even smile at customers. Above was one of my experience. Also, the staffs at the reception never smile (except when they check you in) at customers and never offer any help. I dont feel like they are doing their jobs right. If it is because we are paying less through Agoda's insider deals, we would want to know.

Clean friendly and helpfull staff
Always like to stay ay Ramada & Days Hotel. They are in the same management. The staff very friendly, helpfull and quick respon to all guest. Very professional. Closed to Zhingsan Park and Dr Sun Yat Sen Memorial museum. If we are the guest of Ramada & Days hotel can enter the museum for free just show our keyroom card. Near to Fairprice supermarket, thai express etc food. Hotel have free shuttle van ti novena

I actually booked the hotel quite last min, like 2 hours before checking in. I checked in the hotel in the middle of the night, I arrived at the hotel around 1am. Initially a newbie counter staff required me to call agoda directly since I am checking in like midnight. I called agoda service hotline and a guy pick up, but the background was so noisy that I could not hear what he is speaking, so after a few minutes of "unknown" conversation, he hang up my phone and did not called back. So the newbie counter staff wants me to call again, but at this time her supervisor came over and told us that since the room we booked is available, she will let us check in immediately as it was quite late in the night and we are tired. She told us that she will tried to contact agoda on our behalf and should she face any problems, she will ring us up. Both my girlfriend and myself were standing at the counter failing to check in for the past 20 mins, she resolved everything within 5 mins and handed us the room keys. We were really impress with her, thumbs up and kudos to this supervisor. I did not manage to get her name, but it was because of her, I choose to continue using agoda services and zhongshan park hotel in future. Cheers!!
