One out of two

Staff were polite, and helpful. Manager did an outstanding job dealing with our awefull first night - Bar across the street was playing loud music until 2 am. Really great location.
The first night, we were kept awake by extremely loud music, yelling and whistling from the bar across the street. We were not able to get to sleep until 3 AM. We complained several times to the front desk but were told Bar was allowed to play until 2AM! The were completely sold out so they could not move us to another room. The front desk staff apologised many times and said they would leave a note for Manager for next morning. The next morning the Manager offered us an upgraded room on the other side of hotel and free hotel breakfast. That room was fantastic and allowed us to get a great night's sleep. Excellent job by the manager to listen to what we had to say and offered us something that made us leave with a positive feeling about hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent. There were lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Satisfactory Only

Location, Location, location
It was okay. The room was small and not overly clean. The pool was not heated and the Jacuzzi was overly chlorinated

Very good value for money close to the Main Strip!

Close to the main street, super big room
Traveled to Niagara in the middle of winter to an almost deserted town. The Days Inn & Suites was for all intents and purposes empty - so got a free upgrade from the King Bed room to one with an extra sofa. Win. The hotel is not super new, but was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were also extremely helpful. Obviously staying in an empty hotel helps with keeping the noise down etc. If I had one small gripe it was that the indoor pool that was advertised was undergoing maintenance and not accessible. Therefore if I was to give this hotel a 3 and a half out of 5, I'd probably drop it to a 3. Maybe. I'd stay here again for sure.

very good location and good, clean rooms

very good location of the hotel, everything in walking distance, Niagara Falls less than 10 minutes walk away, pretty good value for money, rooms are clean and big enough, breakfast could be better, but it is sufficient, I would definitely recommend to my friends

Great hotel. Quick check-in.

Location. Free breakfast.
I decided to go stay at this Days Inn as I had previously stayed here for a few days. I was happy with the staff and their willingness to help and be available if I needed them. I enjoyed the free breakfast which included tea, juices, bagels, cereal and muffins. The wireless Internet in my room and in the lobby worked perfectly. The only minor issue I had was that the room could have been a bit brighter without having to open the window. Other than that minor con, I would recommend this Days Inn to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
