Thankfully things have changed and the frills have been replaced by a couple of super cool Johnny Loco’s, a Putamayo sound selection and some really good coffee – Caffe Tomeucci to be precise. And along with all this is a breakfast and lunch menu that kicks some serious butt. French Toast, freshly baked mini Danish pastries, paninis, wraps and fresh salads to name but a few. My favourite is the Full Italian Breakfast: Dbl espresso, plain croissant, OJ, cinnamon swirl. The interior is spacious and uncluttered with soft, cool colours that contrast the wooden floor and ceiling. The walls sport a handful of amazing photographs taken by a local photographer that are on exhibition for the month. The exhibitions change regularly and it’s a great way of keeping the decor fresh and interesting as well as promoting the local talent
