Pretty good. Amazing location. Great plunge pool. Basement room was a little damp, though, and really tiny.

Good Location, Quiet and Safe

Good sized room, nice lounge area, like the plunge pool to cool off in
One of a number of small boutique units in the Waterkant area. 15 minutes walk to the Waterfront and down to the CBD. There is on road parking and a security guard patrolling. No security issues at all. Several bars in easy reach and the included breakfast option at the local cafe is of good quality with some nice variety. Room is of a good size, bed comfortable. Only downside - the toiletries were not replaced although towels etc. were each day. A little odd. They also refused to replace the mosquito plug in bottle and there were some little biting friends.

Great location for exploring cape town.

Comfortable and clean variable rooms
a mixed experience of de watercant. the rooms are in a separate property to the reception staff and breakfast!!!! but this was not a problem for us, would have been nice to know this before though i think. we were initially put in one of the downstairs (street level) rooms. the room was small, dated and had mound evident in the bedroom behind the bed. we found the building site over the road creating early morning noise. we complained and without any fuss or trouble the helpful staff upgraded us into one of the other rooms in the property. far larger, huge bathroom, comfortable and clean and most appreciated. you are provided with vouchers to the value of 60 rand per day per person, to us at the nearby cafe, great selection of options. parking is on street, with 24 hours security presence in the area. 15min walk to the v&a waterfront lots of nice restaurants.
