Horribly dirty and full of pests!
Delta Homestay
Do not stay here, the rooms smell of mold and mildew and the bathroom is beyond disgusting....it looks like it has never been cleaned. The pool also did not look clean, the breakfast took forever to come out, and the aircon did not work. There were also bugs everywhere, especially in the washroom. I was suprised I did not see cockroaches with the state of the place although I'm sure they were there. The last straw was when I heard what sounded like rats running around in the walls in the middle of the night for hours... they obviously have a pest problem. I wasn't expecting luxury for $200,000/night but considering the fact that I stayed my first two nights in Jobja paying $250,000/night just around the corner at the grand marto hotel and that place was incredibly clean and had a much more comfortable bed there is no reason to stay in this filth for this price! Stay somewhere else!

Beautiful garden, close to local transportation an
Beautiful garden, close to local transportation and cheap.
My stay was a pleasent one. I liked that there was a beautiful garden surrounding the pool and the exterior of each room was made of coconut leaves which gave it a traditional finish. You coild find local transportation just outside the hotel or if you are more familiar with the area you could just walk out to the main road (3 minutes walk) and catch a bus going into Maliobobo for just Rp 4000. There is also a minimart just opposite the hotel if you need to pick up small items and a larger supermaket 15 minutes away. The staff was very friendly, and they even served an evening snack of tea and cake. The only downside though is that the room was super tiny. The bed took up almost all the space in the room. There was just a side table but no cupboard to put your clothes. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would choose this place again.
