The hotel condition is old but charges everything!

We stayed in Toronto for 11 days, and decided to try out different hotels. So we carefully selected two 3-star hotels and one 4-star. While we enjoyed our stays in the two 3-star hotels which offered value for money services, including free parking, free breakfast, and free business centre usage, we decided to give ourselves a better treat by staying in the 4-star Delta Toronto East before we leave Toronto. The outcome was so disappointed. The first surprise was that they seemed to charge guests everything, eg. hotel parking although they have ample space, and breakfasts. The second surprise was the condition of the room, eg, the door knobs and walls were so run down. The third surprise was the functionality of elevator(s) in the main tower. During my stay, I used elevators 6 times (3 ups and 3 downs), two times the elevator I rode up skipped floors and went direct to the top 14th floor before it came down to the floors pressed. It really spooked us (me and few other guests) out especially when it was in evening hours. In summary, this hotel ONLY worth 3-star AT MOST with its current condition and I would not recommend to anybody unless you can get a good discount in the room rates, or you have no other choices.

Great location

Location is good and convenient
Although the location is good but the hotel need to undergo some major renovation. The room door in my room is not closed properly. After closing the door, you can notice the corridor lights coming in from both sides of the door. I hear every sound that is being made in the corridor by either other clients or staffs of the hotel when they go about their normal routines.

Good family or business hotel with big rooms

Nice 3m depth swimming pool for morning exercise
nice and convenient hotel at junction of kennedy road and hwy401. plenty of parking spaces outdoor or in covered car park. it has an indoor swimming pool with a max of 3m deep enough for proper exercise. plenty of choices of restaurant.

nice hotel

nice room with very nice bed
the room was very nice and well decorated. the bed have a nice mattress and pillows and the service was very good and the poeple was courteous. I was expecting free parcking for the client of the hotel. The pool was nice but unfortunetly was closed to soon for us. The toilet lid was not cleaned and have some trace off ??? this was very surprising for this kind of quality hotel. Overall the hotel was very good
