My son said perfect except for mosquito. I got little mosquito bite by using the reperant, though. Pool is a bit small for a real swim, but what to complain with this price with super goid ambience and attentive staff? All the tricycle drivers know the hotel. Licated at the mid point between tje city center and the modern Robinson mall. 10-15 min ride to each. The internet was too slow for Skype, but it was the same with pocket wifi. I was told that all the connection in Palawan was like this. The hotel arranged a tour to the underground river. The tour guide was very informative and fun to talk to. We enuoyed the additional visit to Ugong rock after the river tour, which wasan interesting case of a former ilegal mune converted to a mini rock climing experience with zip lines.

I only had one night at DVH and it was the perfect location to get to the airport with no hassle. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Livin' La Dolce Vita
My nth time at this hotel as a frequent business traveler to Puerto Princesa. It's somewhat secluded, which I like as it is quiet. Unlike other hotels, once you step outside your room in the morning to the courtyard, you are greeted with the songs of birds and the sound of rushing water. The breakfast is simple local fare but delicious. The staff is super friendly. There's a small store right outside for necessities like oil and basic medicines. Very useful as I had to buy methol rub when my testicles itched for an unknown reason. YEAH BA!!

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms.
The highlight of the hotel are the rooms and gardens. The food in the restaurant is pretty good. It's a bit of a way from town but moto taxis are inexpensive. Overall I would highly rate the hotel, my only criticism was that the pool seemed a bit cloudy when we visited so we stayed out. Probably fine though.

Overpriced for service provided
Rooms and the garden are nice, however, Dolce Vita is a hotel first. I was stranded in the shower for more than 30 mins. having soaped myself as the hotel did not have water. Luckily my husband was around and alerted reception. Maintenance turned off the filtering system overnight; the pool was filthy for most of the day. I left our bags with reception for airport drop off, and they dropped us minus my bag, and only had loadedmy husbands bag, had to go back and get it. Staff are not very competent

Great stay
Very nice hotel for the money. Staff were very accommodating. The wi-fi in the annex rooms could be a bit spotty.
