The studio apartment was so small and the bathroom shower had molds.

Bad check in
It was close to where we had a function to attend.
The whole check in process was disgraceful. I have requested a early check in as we were attending a wedding close by. When i got there I was told to just push the button that was connected through to a disconnected number. Finally when I managed to speak to someone I was told that it was a 2 o'clock check in and to come back then. We came back at 2, only to then take 15 mins calling different numbers to get hold of a person who then informed us of all the different codes to get into the front door and up to the apartment.

Great experience
Great customer service, boutique location and modern airy apartments
Great stay! After getting in from overseas and meeting my family who flew in from interstate, we were permitted early check-in to freshen up for a family gathering that day. The location is fantastic with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The apartment is clean, modern and airy and well sound-proofed from the street. Thanks.

Unhappy visit - NO ACCESS TO THE ACCOMODATION
Very unsatisfactory experience! Arrived at accomodation - the apartments had no one onsite to provide access. We arrived "after the attended hours" according to the sign on the door (although we have provided our flight arrival information with our booking request). No response to call button. Visiting Australia, we had no phone - borrowed a helpful persons phone and rang the"emergency" number per a sign. Received a voice message saying "leave your number"! Left message asking for someone to come to the building - after waiting some time we left and found alternate accomodation. Talking to other people staying they indicated the "process" is for the accomodation to send a text/email with a PIN to access the building/apartment. And were told no one is present on the Weekend. Since arriving back in New Zealand I have checked and neither of these things occurred. Even if they had, unless this is done well in advance of departure there is on way we could have been aware of this when making our booking! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
