Rooms were nice, but small if compared to a 5 star hotel. After putting a cot for my Infant the room looked congested. WiFi is a big problem. Almost no connectivity in the room. Beach is just 2 mins walk from the resort. Beach is really clean and very few people around so good if you looking for some peace. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in south goa, as at this price this is the best resort.

Fantastic yet tired and sloppy

We got to Goa early in the morning and after a long breakfast in Margao, we got a bus to the hotel. We got to the hotel about 11, along with a number of other guests. We were told that we'd get a room in an hour, which we thought was reasonable. So we went off to the beach and when we came back almost an hour and a half later, we still had to wait almost another hour to get a room. Meanwhile, all the other guests waiting had got a room. We got twin beds, despite asking for a double bed. The result was a massive gap in the centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we're in need of paint and a bit of sprucing up, especially since the hotel claims to be a 5 star. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly bad. Two non vegetarian items and an insipid omlette. Safe to say, we never went back even though it was free. All in all, don't expect fantastic service if you're Indian. It's a shame because domestic tourists always seem to outnumber the foreign ones. We won't be back.

we are booking 7 rooms in dona sylvia,group of our family friends. for 3 night. we are also booking one day sight seen of goa with their own dona traveller a/c- coach and give them 5000/- extra for this. but 17 seated dona coach is not in good condition ,a/c is not working properly, so we west our one day and come back to resorts.they are given our rs.5000/- back. but they know very well that our coach is not ok,a/c is not working proper why they provide us this type of coach. and about rooms same position,a/c not working , tv is not working . after complain to much time they change our room on midnight 12:30 am which room they provide it is same as last. not value for money.

Lacklustre

On the whole we were very disappointed with our stay, the service by the staff is mainly confused. We stayed 3 nights and had to pay for Internet in 1 hour chunks and we were only told on the last evening wifi was complementary for us and issued with a 24 hour pass. My wife was re directed several times to get a coffee on the first day only to discover she had to make her own Nescafé at the pool (no coffee shop as advertised). We were made to feel uncomfortable around the pool as the male staff enjoy staring at the ladies and there wasn't any table service either which you would expect at a 5 star resort. We booked a double room and on arrival the staff pushed our single beds together, which I had to move back as my head was at a plug socket. The food is very poor in the main restaurant and poolside restaurant and you won't get any better in the local restaurants either, in this poor location there really is nothing to do. P.s. There was only Nescafé or tetley tea on offer which is sad being in India. Sadly it was rubbish. 3 stars would be generous.
