nice public bath

authentic hotspring experience, very nice breakfast, free laundry
overall good experience and would recommend to other travellers. charge 2000 yen/hour for late check out is quite unreasonable... bed is quite hard and not comfy

Great Stay

The Bath, free laundry and the supper
It's quite spacious for a double room. The tatami area is great. The bath and the free supper are also a nice touch to a very comfy stay. it's quite an easy walk from the JR. the metro is closer, and it's quite convenient to get to anywhere since it's on multiple train lines The only downside was that my sleeping clothes were somehow lost after my first night. I think it was put together with the bathrobe and was collected during the house cleaning. However, checking with the front desk did not help and I lost my favorite sleeveless t-shirt and shorts. I also left my email in case they were found (maybe it was laundered together) but wasn't contacted in anyway. Besides the incident, it's a nice stay.

Clean and Predictable

Friendliness, Location and Value
At this point in time I have stayed at all the Dormy Inn hotels in Tokyo and would recommend them to anyone. The other places I stay are Mitsui Garden, but Dormy is a much better value and their staff are more friendly and helpful.

There's a reason it's my go,to Tokyo Hotel

Cleanliness, convenience, the sento.
When I'm in Tokyo I Almost always stay in this Hotel. The rooms are a decent size by Japanese standards, they're really comfortable, you get access to a good sento and it's in a very convenient place (next to Suehirocho Station on the busy Ginza line and 10 minutes from Akihabara Station for JR trains. Check in and check out are always fast and easy, and the staff are helpful. If you're a solo traveler you won't go far wrong with Dormy Inn in general.
