comfortable business hotel

nice rooms, okay location, nice design
7.3
Can't fault the decor or the design of the hotel- very comfy rooms as expected of a Hilton hotel. staff were largely pleasant and sweet but there were a few small issues that arose, which led us to feel that further training standards could be improved to be worthy of a true 5 star hotel. 1) we wanted to take the hotel shuttle bus to the beach, but were told (by multiple staff members) of wrong bus timings which led to us wasting 45 minutes waiting at the entrance, before giving up and taking a taxi. when we asked the counter staff as to why the bus was late/was it even coming/should we just leave ourselves, they kept on saying to 'just keep on waiting it will come soon'... eventually, 1 staff member informed us that the bus timing had changed so it had left 1 hour earlier than the time previously told to us.... no one wanted to double check for us until they realised other tourists had joined us waiting for the 'bus' in the lobby... 2) upon checking in, the very nice counter staff told us that breakfast was complimentary and we wouldn't have to pay for it. however that wasn't communicated to the breakfast hall so they insisted that since our names were not on their list, they would charge us the full fee and then we would need to sort out the issue with front desk on our own accord. when we approached front desk to clarify on the complimentary breakfast issue, the desk staff at that time, checked online and agreed that his colleague had made a note on our reservation for a free breakfast, however he still told us that we needed to show him a print out of our online booking before he would honour it. so after a bit of discussion, he apologised for their mistake. but it took 15 minutes of discussions to get to that point... we won't be returning.

Great facility, poorly managed

VERY poorly managed. We arrived to be rudely told by the security staff that could not bring part of our leftover lunch (2 slices of pizza) inside. He pointed to a sign saying "no outside food or drinks". They gave us half of a "welcome cookie"; it looked half eaten. I asked why we got a half eaten cookie and was told "we are short on cookies right now. Here is a card you can use to get one tomorrow". The "partial oceanview" room was looking at a building next door. I took a picture but cannot link to agoda review.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic rooms and great breakfast. Staff were friendly for the most part but was a little disappointed on occasion when requests that i'd asked for weren't done for us but, overall, very nice hotel and great location in aqaba

relaxing and nice stay with small problems

location, nice rooms, great breakfest

We are generally very satisfied. except that we were not allowed to enter the local beach, because we were not couple... The stuff in hotel informed us that we have to pay 15 Jod... The beach is fo free only for couples and families... The second disadvantage is no internet connection in rooms, only in the main hall.

Great Experience

Welcome Cookie, Attentive Staff, International Breakfast

We stayed here for a day but wished could have stayed longer. We arrived early and was pleasantly checked into room at 9:30 Am. The cookies were great. Due to non availability of non smoking room we were upgraded free of cost to a sea view. The receptionist also helped out with tickets to Bernice beach club and all the local informations. Shuttle came and picked us up and dropped in the evening. The hotel is centrally located and is near to shopping stores and restaurants are walking distance. The breakfast spread was great with both continental and arabic spread. We had a great time, will love to come again
