Disappointing
The hotel is good. Each day a new room. Night night sleep with flea. The hotel is nice. Each room hot and cold. Bye bye to Wi-Fi connection. The hotel is excellent. Each staff cool and cold. Hello please give us a smile.

Bad Front office desk
It is really unfriendly unhelpful reception staff were there. you cant get any information or any negotiation with them. they always chatting with smartphones and they doesn't like to get away eyes from them. you must be agreed for the late checkout chargers before stay. No facility to making calls between each rooms or to house keeping or front desk. Cleanliness and breakfast is good.

False advertising of rooms, poor customer service, bed bugs
As a group it was disappointing to arrive at airport with no airport transportation which was requested and set up during booking online. At the airport, we had to arrange and pay for our own rides to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the rooms were totally different and less welcoming than the ones shown on their website (false advertising). There were bed bugs found in two of the rooms we booked. The manager didn't refund or discount the rooms because they said we booked online instead through them. Poor customer service, poor maintenance of rooms. On the good side, their continental breakfast was much better.

LOUSY HOTEL
very poor performance and unfriendly staff work on front desk. foods not fresh, recook and reheat unfinished foods. long walk to main road. i will not recommend anyone stay this hotel. you do not believe me, please try.

not happy
Only the sheets were clean everything else was dusty and dirty. Leaks in the bathroom and staff wasn't too welcoming.

not good as i expected
first check in the reception not friendly the AC in my room not working my door card never work the shower water weak the drainage clog wifi too weak noisey hotel ...breakfast limited theres too much other hotel cheaper and better i never come back :/
