Great location for a room with no window

Most rooms without window and our had mould all over the bathroom. The room decor was quite tired and there were building works going on during our stay. Located in the heart of Ha Tien.

No windows in most room

The staff was nice, some good rooms are available, when I was there the hotel was under construction project. It looked like to be a better hotel
I booked two nights. But when I found that the room I booked had no windows I asked to move to a better room. I finally paid about 25% more to be in a one of the few rooms with windows. So I moved out after one night. I don't think I want to come back to the hotel in my future trips.

Ok stay for one night

Rooms size, location
Ok for one night but it was very dingy in the corridors that was a little intimidating. The staff spoke very very little English so we had some confusion when trying to book ferry tickets. Room was large and quite clean.

Don't recomend

It was short stay only one night what was good. The wifi is perfect, what after problems in previous hotel was good to me
The room was dirty. The dustbin was full of garbage after previous guests. The water from the washbasin didn' drain. The stuff nice and helpfull although their english was pretty poor

Quiet overnight stay in a clean room

Clean, spacious room, centrally located.
Our stay was good. This hotel's standard room did meet our expectation. We believed our room was 20 square-meters. Room is spacious, air-conditioner worked well, very good internet reception. We could stroll to many nearby local food outlets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We walked only 2 minutes to the local market for fruits and the riverside for sightseeing and the cool air every evening.

Mediocre hotel in a mediocre town

centrally located
The town has not so much to offer, poor possibilities for restaurants, staff in hotel was desinterested.

Basic, but good situation.

Very clean
What can I say? People only seem to stop in Ha Tien to break their journey over the border.....The hotel is well-situated and serves a purpose. The room was clean and basic. Tea cups and tea were provided, but I had no kettle. The staff were efficient, but only one receptionist spoke any English, and the information booklet I the room was only in Vietnamese. The hotel did the job, but with no frills.

unusual hotel and town

good service, fine location
No breakfast, hard to find in the entire town except in the market or at the nearby upscale Green Island Hotel and even that is poor and pricy. The town itself is quite charming, and the side trips are very nice.
