Staff behaves unprofessional
29TH APRIL TO 3RD MAY 2016 1. 6 days 5 night stay - no refill of bath utilities i.e. shampoo & liquid bath soap 2. Missing of small teaspoon which we did not take, the receptionist is so arogant and ask us to pay for 100 thb though we argued we did not take. Why do we want the cheap scape items compared to what we have paid for RM1,300. 3. My friend of other room had to pay 250thb just bcos the house keeping took off their access card placed at the entrance. Also another arogant guy argued with us and insist us to pay. 4. On 3rd day we were not allowed to enter for breakfast in the Halal restaurant despite we argued with the staff. After about 10 mins arguing the person in charge came & check out names and found our name in the list. ALL OF THE FRONT LINERS AT THE LOBBY ARE USELESS - NO COURTESY AT ALL EXCEPT BELL BOYS & THE STAFF WHO SERVE US THE COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS WITH SMILE. AGODA I WOULD NOT WANT TO RECOMMEND ANYONE OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL ANYMORE.

great location, nice amenities though ageing property
Great stay! Lovely property. Would be lovely if breakfast could be extended beyond ten am (way too early for late risers like me). Some oddities though - only resort I see where guests are charged for unaccounted disposable slippers! Or a security deposit charged to a credit card to be released 15 days after completion of stay (true, no additional cost; but blocks credit limits)

Satisfactory
It was good with regard to location, swimming pool and value of money. However, the rooms need to be re-newed, the bed was uncomfortable and there was no many choices in breakfast.

Location, Swimming Pools
Hotels facilities would suggest it is a 4 star hotel, but staff service is not a 4 star standard. 3 stars would be more appropriate I think. 2 or 3 swimming pools, yet pool towels were only available for one and you had to go over sign towels out, walk back to the other pool and then go back and return your towels later. Pool bar but no one there to serve - again you had to walk over the other pool to get any service. Staff were helpful at breakfast, taking food to our room for us from my wife who was stuck in bed following some time in hospital. Location was great with restaurants and shops just outside, and the beach 100m away. Deposit system was odd - had to pay a deposit on arrival which was fine. However when we checked out they wanted us to pay extra for our food bills and then return our deposit in 2 weeks which is very odd. Managed to get them to take the bills out of the deposit, but the balance of our deposit is still going to take 2 weeks to be returned to our card - waiting to see if this actually happens. Overall staff were fairly helpful, but the hotel is missing its potential.
