only 15 minute taxi drive to airport

close to airport and friendly staff
Very basic room would say a little over priced. No wfi, aircon didn't work. Plus side only 15 minute taxi ride to airport-wave them down as a lot cheaper it only cost us 3000d.

Humble accommodation but near to the airport

The femaleboss is good at English
We had to catch the airplane in the next morning, so we chose this economy family hotel to pass the night. The location may be 1.5 km away from the terminal but it's hard to find the hotel. It's too hidden! The hotel facilities are simple but all in readiness. However, it's worth mentioning that the female boss is very beautiful and kindness. She can speak English very well and thus you don't worry about communication problem.

Depressing place near airport

Near airport, smiling staff, large room
Probably less than 2km from the airport, but not possible to walk as it would be along the busy main road. Room was cleanish but walls cobwebby and black with damp. Shower had to be hand held. No wifi but I was allowed to use hotel computer with painfully slow connection. No facilities and only Vietnamese spoken. The owner gave me a lift to the airport in the morning and tried to charge an exhorbitant fee, as did the dirty restaurant next door where I had some scraps for dinner. Hotel was very quiet.

Stay here if you only if necessary

Closest guesthouse to the Airport
It seems family run, or is that mis-run. I was greeted eventually by 2 ladies with no English. They tried to get me to pay for a room as they seemed to have no record of my booking. After showing them my Agoda confirmation. I was shown my room complete with double bed, hot Shower, A/c and used condom under a table. I called the manager up to the room, and in fairness he took it seriously. He changed my room and kept apologizing. He, rather bizarrely, will speak German to you if you ask him something he can understand. Considering my knowledge of the German Language is solely garnered from that episode of Fawlty Towers, our conversations were less than flourishing. The same lady who 'checked me in' tried to get me to pay as I left. North Vietnamese are definitely less friendly and far more stupid when running a business than their southern compatriots. The room itself was shabby and unwelcoming. The internet didnt work. I couldnt wait to leave.

Awful awful awful

Location, thats it!
The room stink, and looked like it hadn't even been cleaned from the previous occupant, the sheets where stained and ther was an opened condom wrapper on the floor next to the bed. Initially the staff were very friendly upon check in, and when i realized they had only given us one towel they were prompt in ensuring we received another. In the morning however they insisted I pay the fee I had already paid and were quite adamant that I had not paid. I kept showing them the agoda receipt with the payment details on it, however they still insisted. Thankfully we had a taxi driver who was attempting to rush the situation and finally convinced the hotel owners we had indeed paid. No where was there any place to even make a cup of tea/coffee. You really get what you paid for with this place. Avoid it at all costs. Spend the money and go somewhere further away.

Clean airport hotel

Very clean, within walking distance to the airport
This place wasn't too special or fancy, just a nice, clean place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning. The owners didn't speak English, but the guy at the place next door spoke a little and helped me out a bit. In the morning, the owners offered me a private taxi ride to the airport since it was raining cats and dogs for 70,000 dong. If it wasn't raining, I would've tried saving a few bucks by walking there myself since it was so close.

Friendly, Basic, and Easy

Close to Airport
This hotel is VERY basic. The power kept flickering, the water was cold, and the mattress was stiff. That said, it is cheap, and close to the airport. So if you are looking for something convenient, just need to stay near the airport for a night, this is the spot.

Near the airport

Great location
the small room with full mosquitoes, dirty furniture, but with low price and great location. it's just for someone who needs to overnight in airport to wait for his flight in the next morning.
