Old-ish hotel with a little character

Good location, nice balcony, friendly staff
I had a spacious room with a high ceiling, French doors to a balcony overlooking the street. Furniture was a little old-fashioned. I could imagine what it was like in the colonial days. But the room could use a little maintenance and be a little cleaner. Location is good, near the central market. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

cockroaches and place

We were first given a room where the bathroom sink was leaking, the room was dusty. After speaking to reception, we were provided with another room with better view, however we found cockroaches crawling in the bathroom and to our luggage; very old, worn out linen and towels,. Our bed sheet also has stains and smells. I have been to much better guest house in great location paying the same price. Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay.

class act

cleanliness, ammenities in the room, relaxing environment
We stayed for 2 nights. Pleiku is not a very memorable city however we took the time to chill and plan for the next month's travel as the room was very comfortable and the staff pleasant.

terrible dirty place
Had ants, dirty, most light fixtures didn't work, toilet in shower, no English speaking staff, privacy issues, people tried to get in our room.

Fine for a stopover in travelling

They hadn't checked and therefore had no record of our booking. They then found a room for the 4 of us. Quad room was terrible. Only room on ground floor, straight off reception and dining room, smelly, mouldy and no window. Asked for something different and they were happy to put us upstairs in a twin. These rooms were much better and we just shared the beds. As long as you go for a twin or double the hotel is good.

NO NO NO !!!!

There was nothing good about this hotel
It was horrible. The breakfast was poor (no bread, butter or even tea). The room conditions were horrible. doors didn't close all the way. So when ever there was stronger wind it almost opened. I asked for non-smoking room and I was placed in smoking one. When I asked the receptionist about switching it to non-smoking, she refused doing it. Poor english. Oh! and they tried cheating me on money. They asked me to pay for second breakfast... DEFINITELY NEVER EVER GO THERE.
