First timer

spacious room, cleanliness and convenience
Our one-night stay was great, with convenient location. The bathroom has no rug though, and risk of slipping/tripping on the tub and bath flooring is present. Good training is recommended for waiters and food servers... First time guests should not be charged extra for late check-out. Thank you.

beachfront, pool, sand
Booked a deluxe double room beside the pool via Agoda at the last minute after canceling a booking at nearby Alona Beach just because Dumaluan has a pool and nice beachfront. Check-in was ok. Upon arriving at the room, I noticed there were no towels. Take note that rooms do not have in-room telephone and you have to walk to the front desk for every inquiry unless you get to catch a staff walking by nearby. Requested for towels and we were given 4 towels. Crappy internet. My mobile GPS performs faster and better. Again, wi-fi password, you have to get from the front desk. Another long walk. Bathroom tiles are disgusting. Looks like they do not clean/disinfect the bathroom. Bathtub drainage is clogged. I takes hours to have the water fully drained. When it was bedtime, I pulled the blanket and saw disgusting stains on the bedsheet. They look like menstrual stains (see photo). How on earth did the housekeeping not even notice that? Again, at around 10pm, I had to walk to the front desk and request for new sheets. I was given another bed sheet and I said I'll just put it on top of the stain and they can change the entire bed the next day. When I went back to my room, I noticed the replacement had the same stains!!!. I was really tired and just used a part that doesn't have stains and slept on it. Breakfast is crappy. They call it buffet but there are no choices. It should be called unlimited set breakfast instead. Here's the second worst thing, Guess what? Room is being renovated and you can hear hammering on your wall the whole day.

Not so good experience staying in this beach resort. The service is not good. But the location and rooms are good.

Nothing exceptional except location

on the beach, quiet, simple
it was quiet and that s it...I woudnt recoomend it especially to foreigners, Thing that most disappointed me was menu, in paerticular the buffet - breakfast. nothing bad vs local s style breakfast...but at least a little more of varierty would have been appreciated.

Room conditions are bad and staffs also.

Staffs are not nice in services. Every time there are some extra fees with the normal services. Also, Food is too expansive. Noisy by the construction. are not nice in services. Every time there are some extra fees with the normal services. Also, Food is too expansive. Noisy by the construction.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. Beachfront, whitesand, serene. Next is the garden and pool. Beautifully landscaped garden and well maintained swimming pool. Staff are friendly.
Everything is nice except the rooms. We stayed on a superior deluxe room and requested for a big bed but what we got is two single beds joines together. The bathtub and shower head are rusted. The arrangement of the room is not impressive. No side tables. There should be bedroom slippers, telephone, facial tissue paper, and drinking glasses inside the room.

Beach front hotel, good food
The resort was a bit out of the way but is reasonable because their location is just at the beach front. Staff forgot to put towels in our room, you need to get a stub to swim on the pool. Food was good in their restaurant. Overall ok.
