Family room is 'small'. Do not recommend to stay more than 1 day in this windowless room. Family room need to be brighter.. Lighting. Also on ventilation, need improvement

Awful environment of the room
1. The cleanliness of the room is bad! Wall is stained! Floor is unsweeep! 2. Toilet paper also don't have. 3. Lots of mosquito in the room. 4. Curtain of my one room is missing! 5. Smell in the room

NEEDS IMMEDIATE IMPROVEMENT
Booked double room with additional bed and the followings need to be improved : dirty and smelly towels, broken toilet door, smelly blanket, for the additional bed, we were only provided with a thin mattress without the "bed", we have to sleep on the floor with the thin mattress. My sister could not sleep well as the noises made by the "mat rempit" -illegal racers - after mid night was shocking. The air conditional in her room was not working properly, it was cooling at one moment and would turn into "hot air" next. She was so busy with her blanket the whole night. We are also uneasy with the portrait hung at the lobby which include Adolf Hitler and Saddam Hussin. Our room also has a portrait of Sukarno, the former president of Indonesia, we took sometime to fall asleep with his portrait facing our bed. I wonder why it has to be in the hotel room, we do not have a nice feeling if someone who is no longer in this world is "with" you the whole night.
