Run down, unclean, incompetent staff
This place is extremely run down. Holes in ceilings, missing / broken fittings throughout the building, bad smells and even animal pests. Rooms were exceptional untidy and safes in not one, but THREE rooms that our group paid for were non-functional. The staff were completely incompetent and even MULTIPLE phone calls and visits did not make one iota of difference. Will NEVER stay here again.

I thought the Wifi is free even mamak gives free Wifi though. The Wifi is so important. I wouldn't want to stay if I knew that Wifi doesn't work

Bad experience....
Very dirty....from parking till room.. holes in corridor ceiling .... No hot water when arriving late evening.. Have to wait till morning to get it...! Painting falling down... water leakage from ceiling...! All premises including breakfast restaurant looks like a railway station hall...!!

Bad facilities and bad receptionists
It was really dirty room with many sanitizes in blankets and pillows even though having insects in the beds. The shower in bathroom really old and the towels was very black with bad smell. Moreover the receptionists couldn't instruct clearly to customer and didn't smile in any situations.
