Overly hyped / over rated hotel
You SHOULD NOT waste your time with this hotel. You have been warned! On the outside the facade looks nice but as you get to experience the hotel the dream turns into a nightmare! 1. Staff will make you wait for your room for a lengthy amount despite you arriving on time. 2. Breakfast was horrible. You expect at least sweet fruits but all you get is a bitter papaya and sour pineapples. Talk about waste! 3. Cockroaches on your dining table anyone? ewww 4. Gym facilities were the roof leaks AND ITS NOT RAINING!!! 5. Room smells (despite me booking in advance a non smoking room and then they place me in a smoking room with the promise that they will freshen up but never did) hayyy and my rant will go on and on

Just fine.
The location of this hotel is very convenient. Restaurants, shopping area, bars and salons are just a few steps from the hotel which we liked it. But we were very disappointed because when we came there around 11am they didn't allow us to have an early check-in. While some hotels around Metro are not strict with that. Btw they allowed us late check-out for only 30minutes. PS: Some other hotel allows up to 4hours extension with free of charge.

Our recent stay at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel
I would like to commend one of the front desk staff, May, for being considerate to customers and knows how to really talk to clients. I would also like to commend the breakfast buffet team who were always very fast and polite all the time.

Loss of money while luggage was in the care of the concierge and investigation was fruitful. Housekeeping is not good. Cups and saucers have stains that may not have been replaced with fresh one. Hallways to rooms have unpleasant smells.
