A very clean, relaxing place
Their main features remain the green luscious gardens and clean swimming pool
They now send a follow up email questionaire to guests, a very good initiative to maintain/improve standards Dont try to use the public phone(s), most dont work!

Natural-looking but poor quality.
I expect every room to have a fridge and a safe. My room didn't. I feel the doors and locks were not very strong or secure. There were a lot of lizards running around the food at breakfast and there were not enough fans in the dining area. In the seating area outside the restaurant, there were rusty nails sticking out of wooden fences: very dangerous. There should also be a spare toilet role in the room at all times: I ran out. Worst of all was the thin walls. I could hear every word of what the people in the next room were saying and it prevented me from sleeping.

Lovely staff and grounds, basic and affordable
Great Pool and lovely landscape and greenery
We took a triple room and you share washrooms like university dorm style. For me it was worth it because the price was very affordable, and the hotel was very clean and well kept with friendly staff!

Best little oasis in Chiang Mai
Lots of green space with trees, great pool and free breakfast
my favorite place to stay in chiang mai -- friendly, green, quiet, good breakfast, clean and out of the busyness of the city. a great secluded retreat that is easy to get into town.

Great relaxing resort
Free breakfast, lots of trees and green space -- great pool and staff.
It's a great retreat in the middle of a busy city. Quiet, and peaceful -- full of trees.

Great place to relax
nice swimmingpool and beautiful garden
The place is great if you're not looking for something right in the center of Chiang Mai. It takes around 30 minutes to walk to where everything is, which didn't bother us and you can always take a tuk tuk. Rooms were very comfy and I liked the style. Big advantages of the place are the swimmingpool and the garden, where you can relax after sightseeing. The price is not the lowest as for Thailand and the worst thing is their breakfast. We stayed for 5 days and every day there was a problem with half of the basic food missing (tea, coffee, bread, etc). One time we slept longer and came half hour before the end of the service and there was nothing left! Reception didn't seem to be concerned about it at all!

Nice, clean, cheap rooms
Great pool, uncrowded, clean, free wifi
The eco resort is very quiet and westernized, though it's a bit far from old town and any attractions. Great pool, accomodating staff, clean rooms. The free breakfast isn't too great, but hey it's free. The bathrooms are shared in the dorm rooms, and they aren't cleaned daily, but they're big enough that you neverf have to wait in line for a shower.

great place to stay out of city center
beautiful lap pool, clean comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast
I really enjoyed staying here. Great pool, also treadmill and ellpitical and stationary bike outdoors near the pool. Hotel rents bikes. Adequate buffet breakfast, but they make omelets and fresh eggs to order. Room was very comfortable and clean. No ants or other critters (a plus for thailand). It is a bit far from most things, but this was fine by me. If you want to be close to the city center, this is not the place for you.
