OK but can find better
Ok staff, reasonably clean
Basically boring but staff try, this hotel gives the impression of staff wanting to provide better service but under management constraints. Location is not good at all in a huge traffic area. Rooms are basic but Ok, nothing to complain about except the so called government restaurant tax. menu items should be charged for what the menu price says not little "extras". If you are thinking about staying here I suggest that for similar price Hotel 63 and some others offer far better value for your money.

Staff, location, ease of communication
I had better room on the 3 rd floor last year. Room A -02 wasn't as good, the bathroom is too dim, TV does not work

OK, but many things are not western standard
Location, bed, cost/value
I didn't want to come back after this stay, hoping to find a better place nearby, but the 'other choice I took' was far worse. So this actually raises the Eden some. For someone used to Bangkok or Europe/USA levels this is sub, sub-par. I think about Hotel 6 in USA in the country, and there is nothing like this in France. Internet is poor all across the country, but this was particularly bad for WIFI, the water was spotty for temperature and no electric next to the bed. Stuff was willing to be helpful, but not particularly so. Because of location I would book here again. But it sure wasn't the Kandawgyii Palace where I stayed 6 years ago for the same price.
