An Evening with Friends.
Great value, clean, airy room situated in a tropical garden setting, friendly, helpful staff

Stay was short, one night, due to travel plans. The hotel provided 2 families with excellent clean and airy rooms large enough for 2 adults and one child. The gardens surrounding each room are well maintained and the large swimming pool allowed us to relax at the end-of day. Local Thailand newspapers were provided as was free WIFI. Breakfast was sufficient and suitably varied to cater for most guests
I would warn guests about 2 things
1. to check price of alcohol within the hotel, before ordering, as we found it to be quite exorbitant - with a large bottle of Chang beer priced at 200 baht - ridiculous!
2. the hotel is situated a fair way from the centre of the city, so either enjoy the walk or be aware that you will need transport (tu-tuk/taxi), though bicycles or mopeds can be hired from the hotel.
I would however visit the hotel again and recommend it to friends

We really liked our 4 night stay at Laluna! The buildings were attractive, very clean and well-maintained. The tropical garden setting was simply beautiful. We have a lovely, spacious room and bathroom. The breakfasts were great and the laundry service excellent. The restaurant food was more expensive than street food but that was to be expected however overall we consider this hotel to be great value for money. The hotel was a short distance from the main town center but we enjoyed the local way of travel in tuk-tuks . Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the swimming pool but it did look very inviting.The staff at the reception desk and in the restaurant were attentive and friendly and looked after us so very well. We highly recommend this hotel and would like to stay there again.

Nice resort with beautiful rooms and huge beds. The pool is big and clean, and the breakfast buffet is huge, with so many options. Nevertheless, the restaurant and the bar have ridiculous prices (expensive).

I had a great relaxing birthday here

Laluna was the best place to relax and enjoy my birthday. Everything you'd expect from a nice hotel for the price with no real downsides.
Things we loved about Laluna:
-The best breakfast we've had in Thailand hotels. Thai and Western foods, fruits, croissants, and many other things.
-The pool was beautiful and never crowded (at least during our stay).
-Our TV was big and had English movie channels which was really nice.
-The bed was enormous and so comfortable with plenty of pillows.
-The buildings, decor, and gardens were nice and well-maintained.
Not-as-good things:
-The bar and restaurant were expensive, so we chose to go elsewhere, but the prices were to be expected in a place like this.
-The hotel is further from night bazaar than the description suggested, but still walkable-- we went most nights. The first tuk-tuk driver actually had trouble finding it at first, but it wasn't a huge problem.

This hotel has become 'tired'.
Very good wifi; swimming pool; good city location

I was expecting something much better. The bed linen was badly stained and the room not so clean. But, the location was very good for sightseeing and for eating local Thai food. The pool was OK too plus excellent wifi.
