clean,great breakfast,easy access to beach and shopping malls for dining

though few staffs aren't very friendly,but most of them are friendly.Great buffet breakfast I must say,and the location is just wonderful,turn right near to a great shopping mall--Central Festival which has variety of foods in the foodcourt;turn left is the beach!

I visit the hotel stay for 2 nights with my daughter (age 11) location of the hotel is easily accessible and also easy to reach recreation tempat2 just by riding tuktuk (local transportation). We are very satisfied stay at this hotel

Terrible experience with STAFF

I do not anticipate such a bad service provided. First impression was really bad when receptionist told me to sit and wait, "step by step" said her. I was shocked that she seemed to be my boss who was giving order. I am not customer anymore!
Took really long time waiting for check-in even when we arrived at 6,7pm and always talked with high tone, interrupted when we wanted to say something. Can that be??
Worst thing is that they arranged occupied room for me. I opened the door and there were guests inside. How shocking and inconvenient! When I came down to reception, they just took key from my hand and did something with the computer without saying anything. i had t requested for explanation and apology. What received is an apology without any eye contact.
Staffs all the time are very rude and impolite. they talk to all customers like they are so annoyed with us and we are disturbing them.

The feeling was not great when we entered the hotel. It was further boosted by the staff behaviour at the front desk. She was more than rude. She took 30 mins to check us in. wonder what was she checking in the passport for so long. The feeling got worse when we entered the room. No wifi (as informed by the person who escorted us to the room). When contacted front desk, it was informed signal strenght is very poor in the room. we need to go to lobby to access internet. Lastly was the breakfast, breads were not fresh, last night left over food was served. pathatic....

the location was good and many pubs around. the service was really bad. i booked 3 rooms and the scattered my family despite going the early and pleading with the front office. everything you ask is chargeable. extra pillow, a packet of sugar for coffee. 1 room only 2 packets of coffee anything more you pay. staff are not helpful. i will never go there again.
Nightlife Tip:
Many bars and girls.

If you are not German or Caucasian, stay away from this hotel. They treat you like rubbish and push you to the most undesired table / location to eat your breakfast!

Breakfast is excellent, the staff are pleasant and helpful. I have been there four times in the past few years. This year it felt like coming back home. Our chilren would say I will be home soon when called to come back from the shopping centre. It is the best hotel service we have ever experienced, we love each of the people working there and are sorry that one staff member left to go overseas while we were there this year. 5/5

Room is good, breakfast is good, staff is good,Near Pattya Beach, Central Festival Shopping Mall, Alkazer Hall is nearer in Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pattya Stone Park and Crocodile Farm, Sriracha Zoo, Coral Island, Alkazer Show, Bottle Musium
