I lovede my stay at the Imperial, from the relaxing and renewing Spa experience, to the supurb dining experiences in each of thier restaurants, to the comfortabl sleeping arrangements,all rolled up in excellent staff service. A real retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life!!!

This is the most luxurious and beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff and the service provided is truly unparalleled. I found the Imperial to be heaven, in a city that can be noisy and a bit crazy, the Imperial was a soothing, delightful, heavenly place to relax and find luxury at every turn. The spa is incredible. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I loved every single thing about this place and every employee was the best I've ever encountered. I think maybe the bed could have been more luxurious. That is my one tiny critique. A thicker mattress with a nice pillowtop is what the room needs. I was actually surprised the bed was not more luxury.
