The resort offers morning yoga, a rejuvenating spa, and on-site dining. The Bamboo Beach Cafe offers the best in Thai cuisine or "Fai dining" for those with a taste for Mediterranean with an Asian twist. The resort has its own in-house nutritionist and fitness instructors, meaning that special detox/health diets and sports programs are available upon request. The resort even has its own car fleet and is happy to offer private trips around the island. Water activities offered from the resort’s own boats include wake boarding, water skiing, snorkeling, diving, or simply taking in the sites and enjoying a picnic on one of the nearby islands. Services offered include one-on-one guest experience coordinators, use of mountain bicycles and kayaks, as well as broadband Wi-Fi in all areas. All guest accommodations feature natural colors and materials as well as thoughtful amenities to ensure a sense of comfort. The resort offers an excellent variety of on-site facilities, including freshwater swimming pools, a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, yoga rooms, water sports, and the ability to simply sit by the beach doing nothing.

The food was amazing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Food was great, although service in the evening was appalling. Mixup upon arrival when there was no pre-arranged shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Similar mix-up when we were leaving with a party of 5, and the small SUV that showed up could only hold 4 people. Rooms were great - very nice sized and comfortable (we had the 2-bedroom beach villa).

Overall very disappointing

Breakfast; who tried her best to help
Breakfast; who tried her best to help NEGATIVE: - Neither amenities, room / villa or spa quality correspond to a 5-star resort: Many things dirty/ broken, loose taps, full of lime or spread water because of leakage; pool stairs in my “Garden Villa” were loose; water in the pool disgusting; you would not like to using the chairs without a towel; same for the seat cushions - My “Garden Villa” (ground floor) had no view towards a garden but a narrow path; you need to pull the curtains all day long to avoid people looking from outside; you never can see blue sky then - Beach not beautiful; swimming in shallow water possible (unless you go very far out to sea) - Entire resort is very closely assembled; thus the expensive apartments are poorly located (no garden/ sea view, only “wall” view. Cheaper rooms have better view - Spa treatments of average quality, definitely no expertise - Yoga area - a covered outdoor space – very dirty. Yoga mat stuck. Loud, avoidable noises during the meditation (running motors) - All side costs (spa treatments, restaurant, etc.) rather high and for such low quality (massage / pedicure etc. 1 hour approx 50 USD; other treatments significantly higher) - Shuttle to the airport charged extra - Bicycles rent for free; however, all bikes in very poor condition (not safe, no light) - Internet pictures are completely misleading. - Excellent ratings probably come from times, when hotel was just newly opened. Now, it is a disaster POSITIVE: - Hotel very quiet (apart yoga area); you can really relax if you're a bookworm, remain in room and don’t need a beach - Breakfast a la carte, which I personally appreciate, everything is freshly prepared. Freshly squeezed juice was delicious - Staff very friendly and helpful - There are rattan bags for the beach towels that you can take to the pool . CONCLUSION: I will definitely not come back and would never recommend to my friends.

Maybe locotion, staff, beach
It was a mixed emotions stay and due to the room had lots issues I checked out after two days.. They really need to work on it caste the resort is sure not a 5 star .. Wooden floors at pool broken, foods are mediocre so time that they bring in some serious people to be back on track ..

Fantastic. Spoil yourself.

The views were amazing, the ambience fantastic and loved the entire layout
This was the second last of many resorts we stayed at and it was far and above the best throughout Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. We loved the room, the views, the location (quiet, cocktails on the beach and above all it offered an a la carte breakfast rather than the constant buffets offered everywhere else. We found the staff fantastic, loved the Thai restaurant within the resort and after travelling around found the spa prices very reasonable indeed. Organised our own tour guide in town and discovered that the corner of the island we stayed in was very tranquil compared to the rest of the island. Couldn't fault this one.
