an average hotel with a great proximity
Location & helpful receptionist
The hotel is old and needs renovation, especially the bathrooms. The room was clean but not perfectly. You can always see patches of dust here and there and in the corners. The carpet is old and smelly. The only good thing about it is its proximity to metro station, bus and sights.

Good but expensive
Location only.
The location was good. Other four/ five stars hotels locate in this area. Good restaurants are also available. Shopping is also good. The room is very small. The breakfast was not so good. Always no plates/ no cups…. There is one supermarket at the station. It was convenient. We took taxi between airport to the hotel.

Out-dated and needs upgrade in all service aspects
A mini bus terminal right in front of the hotel. You can save those leg muscles by taking this down to the bottom of the hill where main shops are, to Vatican, to Trasverse area for dining out
Been quite sceptical about choosing this hotel. Sold point was the top floor breakfast area with view of Rome city. Very disappointed at this! The breakfast area was always busy and turnover of the table was slow, despite the hard-working staff (actually seemed to require more staffing), past 9am there was lack of fresh food. Rooms were filled in with old wall paper, old furnitures, old bed linen, stiff mattress. Would not stay here next time.
