Whatever Happened To The Staff
Our 4th time to check-in. We were excited to see the lovely place again. Upon arriving around 11pm, the night-shift attendant accommodated us and did an extra mile of handing me a band-aid for my wounded and bleeding finger. We went along with her to the clinic and she asked 'how many do you need ma'am?" This great customer service was immediately reverted when the front desk was replaced by the day shift attendants. First, when we called in the morning to ask if we can possibly extend until 6pm at a 50% price which is what's stated in their t&c, we were immediately told "No" without offering a solution. The attendant just said someone's going to occupy our room at 12nn. OK...... So I gave it another try. "Could you possibly transfer us to another room?" I asked. This time she said yes butvwithout the discount. I again asked why and her only answer was it's because we are no longer using the same room. Alright, so that's how it works there huh! Second, we just decided to check out of course than pay the full price for another 6 hours. But we wanted to stay in the area first and swim for a few minutes so we checked out and asked for a towel. Attendants' answer: "You have to pay for the use of towel!" And they immediately went on with their conversation with one another. This was so funny. We could have insisted to use our own room towels which what we did last time but rather than talking with this people we just decided it's a waste of time. So that's going to be our last vacation there. I feel for the owner who invests in beautifying the place, the snobbish and lack-of-solution attendants are just not worthy to be in that place.

I booked a more expensive room from agoda.
The environment is nice, cozy and friendly. Very hospitality
It is indeed very relax after a long day of work. But if there's more entertainment will be good.

On my way to Malapascua
Convenient, fairly priced, pleasant
I thought I would break off the long ride between Mactan and Malapascua. This spot is ideal, with the bus stop right in front.

Jacuzzi not turned on
The room, the staff, the food
I booked this hotel in behalf of my parents since I gave them a honeymoon treat for their wedding anniversary. Here's what my parents said about the hotel: "Everything was great, except for the jacuzzi that we couldn't enjoy much since it was activated (maybe due to very few customers staying at the hotel that time and not too many people swimming in the pool) but overall everything was great and we had a good time."
