Pleasant but a little over-rated

Security, staff
The hotel is a little overpriced for its quality. It was Ok but the rooms needed refreshing and having no wifi in the rooms would stop me staying again. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was hard to find and needs new signage at the road. The security appeared to be excellent. Overall, OK but not fantastic.

Near Pink Sisters Convent

Ok stay
Clean room. Restaurant very slow in service even delivered wrong order. The pool is not very clean but the jacuzzi was a good place to relax. It is a quiet place, very apt to nearby convent and retreat houses. Price is a bit high considering the service and location.

Poor facilities

A basic Breakfast was included
We stayed forn3 nights. The Wifi is almost non existent, couldn't even use Facebook. The Jacuzzi costs an additional 500pesos AND you have to give 4 hours notice. The gym is just a dining area with a few machines in it. Overall... Disappointing

Overnight stay at Tagaytay to attend a wedding.

Good location, cleanliness and responsive staff
Our stay at the hotel was okay. The ff are not okay: 1) door of the shower room is for repair 2) Furniture and fixtures quite outmoded such as TV, etc.

Unpleasant could have been better had there not been so much noise from others staying at the hotel. Unexpected irrations from team building of others.

Not a very pleasant experience

Location, garden and indoor pool
Stayed at Emiramona Garden Hotel for new year's eve celebration. We got there an hour and half earlier before check-in time. We were asked to come back at 2 pm but when I got there they said the room wasn't ready yet and we waited another 15 minutes. Then after 15 minutes, I was told they're not yet done tidying and offered a triple sharing bed instead of deluxe room. I accepted it because we're a family of 3 thinking it would be better. But then, we were brought to this building located at the back of the hotel which was very far from the main bldg. It was isolated from the rest of the people who checked in. It started to rain in the evening and we couldn't sleep because of all the noises we heard. Apparently, the noise wss created by the gushing wind pushing through the windows. It was horrible! :( The bathroom was disappointing too. The faucet was loose and water was too cold. Only the shower has heating. The only thing I found nice in the room was the bed which looked vintage but how I wish there were more linens to cover the comforter (which gave me an itch!) Moreover, the food was a buffet breakfast but how could you enjoy them when the taste was too salty!!! No way would you want to come back for more. Unless you drink a liter of water/juice to remove the salty taste. *sigh* The only positive things I like about the hotel are the location and the surrounding. We visited Pink Sisters Convent and it was just a few walks away from the hotel. Staff wasn't so accommodating as well. I even thought some of them were deaf, because they don't seem to understand me and just stared at me when I asked a question. *sigh* Hope they will improve their service because they claim it's a 4-star hotel but do not even meet the standards of a 3-star hotel to me.

Ok hotel

Clean, big, friendly
The hotel is a bit tacky (furniture and decoration) but clean. We didn't sleep the first night because there were 20 roosters being kept right outside our window that didn't stop making a racket all night (we had a room at the very back of the hotel). We changed rooms the second night which was better (all the way on the other side of the hotel in the main building) but still quite a lot of noise outside from other roosters. You need to take a tricycle or jeepney to all restaurants or sites, nothing is really in walking distance. Overall, good service, parking available, nice clean hotel, but bad breakfast, nightly noise and everything reachable by tricycle.

Hotel needs improvement

Location and good staff only
Staff was great. They were professional and friendly. However, the hotel needs a lot of improvement. There was no bathroom mat so the bathroom was dirty and slippery after shower. Trash bag was not replaced. Unable to access internet on the 4th flr. No elevator so u have to carry luggage all the way up to 4th level. Not enough bathroom towels provided. The lock on the balcony sliding door was broken. Tv with poor reception. Breakfast buffet was not enough for hotel guests. We had to wait for food to be cooked only to find out that corned beef and rice were the only ones to be served on a supposedly buffet breakfast. My family members got itchy after swimming on the pool as well.
