Spacious and clean with good service.
Very clean and spacious. ESPN.
REally good sized room and spotlessly clean. Satff were very helpful. Not a lot around the area as expected because it is essentially a transit/business hotel. The hotel buffet breakfast was typical of Malalysian big hotels. i.e most things were cold and were not replenished rapidly. But okay for the price. We also had dinner there which was quite good (not the buffett dinner). Internet access didn't connect at all whilst we were there. Would stay there again if I had an early start from the airport or other transit arrangement.

good for what it is
15mins from airport
Just ok. Clean and friendly enough, 15mins from airport. Next time I think we would consider Tune Hotel though as it is right next to airport. Taxi cost 100rm each way to hotel which is quite alot.

a budget trying to be 4 star
Nil
The Hotel tries to look 4 star but it’s at the end of its 4 star life. The Restaurant offered little and had lots of bugs and insects. However the biggest wrought was the taxi. There is no shuttle to the hotel from the International airport. This isn't a big issue as the taxi was $10us. Getting back to the airport however you have to use the hotels mini bus which they charge you $20us. The taxi was nice and clean the shuttle bus was filthy. Try the concord or better still take the Express train into KL and stay at a hotel in the City. It cost about less then the taxi and the Empress is no where near the city.

OK. Nothing special.
Free wifi
I just stayed one night between two flights and the hotel was OK as all I needed was a place to sleep, have a shower and spend a few hours reading and watching TV. There was no fridge in the room and although there was an electric kettle, no water was provided so I had to go out to buy a couple of bottles myself. The swimming pool is very small. The breakfast is OK.

A hotel with average quality
Quite peaceful environment
it was around three o'clock early morning, after my late flight from hong kong. overall, the hotel may be good for a brief stay, but not for long and relaxing experience.

Location good
Stop Over Only
i would stay here only for a stop over- better than staying at the actual airport where there is really nothing to do. a lot of locals stay here for conferences, not many western tourist.

no frills hotel
big room
hotel is good for transit only as it is located in a quiet place with very few shops so there's nothing to do but just stay in the hotel. Good thing there are convenience stores outside the hotel. There are restaurants outside the hotel but they don't look clean. We took our meals in the restaurant of the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle bus going to lcct and it costs rm15 for adults and i think, rm5 for children.
