Buen hotel de paso, segun que habitacion.

Nos alojamos aqui dos veces en siete dias, por viajes. Hotel cerca del aeropuerto, buen precio en taxi, pero por 2,4 dolares puedes llegar en bus publico linea 400 desde las dos terminales del aeropuerto en 5 minutos (Pero en el aeropuerto no les interesa,y siempre te mandan a su servicio de tranfer, mucho mas caro). Hotel limpio y renovado, buen restaurante, ideal para lo que queriamos, una noche de paso. Pero cuidado, hay que pedir habitaciones interiores, ya que las exteriores son MUY ruidosas hasta altas horas de la noche debido al trafico. Nosotros la primera noche casi no pegamos ojo por el ruido, pero la segunda pedimos una interior y muy bien. Parada de tren cercana que te lleva al corazon de Sydney.

Para ir de paso

Amavilidad, cercano al aeropuerto, muy simple y sencillo.

Tan solo fue para unas horas, así que solo fue de paso. Lo peor no tiene ascensor y tuvimos que subir las maletas a mano, suerte que solo tiene un piso de altura. La recepcionista muy amable.

Poor location poor exterior look

We arrived at 2 pm and took us 10 min to find street parking. The exterior and the reception area looked neglected but the rooms area was renovated as was the room. The room charge seemed too high for the size of the room, contents, and the bathroom.

Unhelpfull Staff

We were group of 4 person visit NZ and just stay one night for transit purpose. First day of our trip, we check in to this hotel for next day transit to NZ. Try to ask the staff help to book a Taxi for next morning to the Airport. The staff just ask us to pick up the phone next to the window and dial 1. I not aware there are two phones, one is public phone and the other one you can call the taxi. The staff can see the two phones from where he was and he knew that I used the wrong phone. When I ask again, he just said pick up the phone and dial 1 and you will get the taxi. What wrong with him? When we return from NZ and check-in again, the other staff was attended to us. We have booked 2 rooms. One room is double bed and the other is double bed + single bed. This time the staff not even look at my vouchers I gave to him but just gave us the room keys. When we check the rooms, both also room with double bed only. When I asked, he said he can't give me the double bed + single bed room. When I keep telling him that we booked and paid two difference type of rooms then he only get back the Agoda Voucher from the trash bin which I give him earlier and look into it. He not even apology to us his mistake. Wasted us half an hour at the counter.

Paid for a Queen - Got a shoebox double - sitting on the toilet you cant slide the toilet door shut without the door running over your toes. From 4.00 am onwards the noise of water running down uninsulated plastic pipes from the floors above with no ceiling in place was incredible. Would love the owners to spend a night in it as punishment. Reception unattended in the morning - no doubt why from any fellow guests we spoke to. Twice as many people waiting for the bus in the morning as it could carry and was supposed to be booked service.
